With current 5 year CD rates at 2.94%, and dropping, one of the things we’ve been doing is replacing a lot of our private lenders that are at 10, 12 and 15% interest rates with MUCH lower rates. Just think about how much money you, as the real estate investor and holder of the property, could save if you replaced all your 12% money with let’s just say 7%. Know What Your Competition is Paying

Hmmmm. Times what they are right now it is HUGE to be stay on top of what your competition is paying. Who is my competition you ask? Yes it is other investors in your area that may be using private money, but I find that my biggest competition is a bank cd. Almost everyone that I talk to that has a chunk of money, or are getting ready to get a chunk of money, their first reaction is to put it into a bank cd. How do I know this? Read more
